Our expertise encompasses a wide variety of services, including the construction of steel structures, roads and bridges, building and residential development, as well as water and electricity infrastructure and theme parks. With extensive project experience throughout the MENA region, Asia, and China, we have fostered strong partnerships with international contractors and Chinese state-owned construction enterprises.

Aiyla is a construction and project management company that combines its local management experience with the expertise of several GCC, Regional, and international companies, offering complete, collaborative, and turn-key solutions for all Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Governmental, as well as Infrastructure Projects.
Although officially established in the Kingdom in 2024, our origins date back to 2001 with the founding of PID in Hong Kong by our core team members. PID has since evolved into a leading integrated platform specializing in large-scale development and investment projects, with a strong footprint across China, Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe. In 2015, PID expanded into the Gulf region through the establishment of Strom Construction in the State of Qatar.
